PAYMENT

  • What are the different payment methods accepted on the e-shop ?


You can select the payment methods of your choice among the payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer, payment by check or via Paypal. You can also place your order by phone thanks to our custom-made customer service at +33389737474.

Reminder: If you pay by check or bank transfer, the validation process of your purchase may be lengthened. Your order will be validated and prepared subject to the receipt of the amount of your purchases.

The payment is 100% secure, it is made in full when you order. All transactions made on our site are protected by a 3D-Secure authentication system for banking institutions and SSL encryption guaranteeing total security during your online purchases.

  • Is it possible to pay in installments?


It is currently not possible to pay for your online purchases in installments.

DELIVERIES

  • What is the delivery time?


The ordered products are normally delivered quickly according to the validation of the order and the country concerned. A longer delay is necessary with regard to the distance of the residence of the customer.

According to the article L 216-1 of the code of the consumption, in the absence of indication or agreement as for the precise date of delivery, the ordered products will be delivered, at the latest, 30 days after the conclusion of the contract.

The package will be kept pending by the carrier for 15 calendar days. In case of non withdrawal within the time limit, the parcel will be returned to the company MANUFACTURE D'IMPRESSION SUR ETOFFES - BEAUVILLE and the expenses of re-delivery will be charged to the customer.

If in spite of all the care brought in the treatment of the order, the delivery period should not be respected in case of occurrence of an event of absolute necessity such as defined in the Civil code, the company MANUFACTURE D'IMPRESSION SUR ETOFFES - BEAUVILLE could not be held responsible for a failure with the unspecified one of their obligations.

Force majeure includes the following events: fire, worldwide pandemic, interruption of computer and telecommunication systems, transportation incidents or failures, strike, block out, severe weather and import or export bans or embargoes.

MANUFACTURE D'IMPRESSION SUR ETOFFES - BEAUVILLE will of course do everything necessary to ensure delivery as soon as possible.

  • What are the delivery methods?


Beauvillé offers home delivery at the customer's choice.

From 150€ of purchase including taxes, delivery is free in the European Union and free from 300€ of purchase including taxes in the rest of the world.

To guarantee a fast delivery, Beauvillé has chosen to deliver its products by Colissimo parcel post, by DPD and by FEDEX, subject to paragraph 2 and therefore to the amount of the order.

A contribution of 9.90 € is required for delivery at home or in a relay point in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco. A contribution of 13.90 € is requested for a delivery in the European Union and the United Kingdom. For a delivery in Switzerland, the participation is 19.90 €. For all other countries, this participation is 35.90 € except for the United States for which it is 25.90 €.

  • How is my order processed?


Once your order is validated, it is immediately taken care of by our teams and shipped upon receipt of payment.

As part of our quality approach and in order to guarantee that your satisfaction is complete, we strongly recommend that you check the products upon receipt and refuse any parcel whose articles are not in conformity, damaged or if any are missing from your order!

  • My order has still not arrived :


As soon as your order is validated, you will be informed by e-mail of the progress of the delivery. You will also receive a summary of your purchases and an invoice.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

  • I wish to modify/cancel my order:


You have a period of 24 hours, from the date of order, to proceed to a possible modification or cancellation of one or more products of the order in question by contacting us by e-mail at contact@beauville.com.

From the moment of delivery, the risks of the goods are transferred to the customer.

  • I bought a product that does not suit me. Can I return it?


If you have received a damaged product from us, a return under conditions is possible. The terms of reimbursement of your order will be made according to the nature of the problem encountered.

If you have received a product that you are not satisfied with or you have changed your mind, we offer you an exchange under conditions. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).

If the new item chosen has a higher price than the one previously returned, the difference will be at your expense.

  • Can I return my order?


For orders delivered in metropolitan France and other EU countries and in accordance with Article L.121-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal and return at his expense the product or products that do not give him full satisfaction.

This option is not applicable to products made to order and/or according to the buyer's specifications (finishes, materials, choice of fabric), and more generally, any product that is clearly personalized (made to measure) or which, due to its nature, cannot be reshipped.

  • How do I return my order?

All returned orders must be accompanied by the order number as well as information concerning the customer (name, first name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address). Any product returned damaged will not be refunded.

Customers within the EU have a 14 day cancellation period from the day of receipt of the package to cancel their order and return the products to us.

Any cancellation or return of an order must be reported to our team by e-mail at contact@beauville.com (see Order Cancellation)

  • What are the refund methods and times?


The refund of your order will be made once the items are returned at your expense. After receiving your items, we will proceed to their verification and refund.

This can be done within 15 days from the day of receipt of the product.

The method of reimbursement depends on the method of payment chosen (credit card, bank transfer, Paypal). The bank refund time can take from 2 to 7 days depending on the origin of the issuing country and the different banking organizations.

  • Where are your products made?


The products we manufacture are entirely conceived and designed on our Ribeauvillé site, in Alsace, France.

We perpetuate age-old printing techniques and wish to honor our Living Heritage Company label by promoting the work of our exceptional craftsmen.

All our products are exclusively manufactured in France and meet highly demanding compliance criteria to guarantee their impeccable quality.

  • What are your commitments to the environment?


Aware of our social and environmental responsibility, we want to progressively adopt actions that are in line with our commitments.

Our products are often fragile and therefore require packaging that protects the fabrics as much as possible during transport. In order to reduce the volume of packaging and plastic materials, we have chosen to offer you a fully recyclable Kraft cardboard box and to carefully wrap your products in a reusable tissue paper as you wish.

Most of the packaging can be disposed of in the recyclable waste bin (kraft, cardboard, plastic, paper). However, sorting instructions may vary locally, so we invite you to contact your local authority to find out how to do this.

In order to be able to regularly consult the updates of our new products and to find all our offer, we propose to you to consult our catalogs on line in a digitalized format. This approach aims to avoid the systematic printing of paper and is in line with our more environmentally friendly approach.

Our raw materials come from short circuits and the entire production is located on a single site, in Ribeauvillé in Alsace. Thus, we guarantee the 100% French origin of our products and wish to promote local know-how through the products we offer.

  • What do you do with my personal information ?


The information you provide us with is strictly confidential, it is only used for the delivery of your order. In addition, we do not have access to your bank details as they are encrypted and not stored on our website. Moreover, the HTTPS protocol (HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure) offers you the guarantee of a 100% secure site.
