Beauvillé – Mother’s Day Contest Rules and Regulations
Article 1 – Organizing Company
The contest is organized by Beauvillé, registered under RCS Colmar number B 318 083 656, offering a prize consisting of a Giverny lavender square tablecloth (170x170cm) and six matching napkins.
The contest will take place from May 10 to May 13, 2021, on Instagram: Beauvillé Créateur and Facebook: Beauvillé | Facebook.
Article 2 – Eligibility
Participation is free and open to all individuals, adults or minors with parental consent, with no purchase required.
The personal data provided by participants will be used solely by the Organizing Company.
Article 3 – How to Enter and Entry Conditions
To participate and have a chance to win the prize set (one 170x170cm tablecloth and six matching napkins), participants must:

Each participant is allowed only one entry. One winner will be selected via a combined draw across both platforms.
3.1 Entry Validity Requirements:
Submissions must not include any content that violates the privacy or image rights of others, and must not contain:
– Hateful, defamatory, or racist messages
– Pornographic, obscene, or pedophilic content
– Insults
– Advertising or commercial content
– Political messages
– Off-topic or incomprehensible content
– Content infringing on intellectual property rights
Incomplete or non-compliant entries will not be considered and cannot be contested.
Comments must be posted on Beauvillé’s Instagram or Facebook page by May 13, 2021, at 9:00 PM, and participants must be able to provide a valid shipping address.
A member of the Organizing Company will randomly draw one winner from all valid entries.
Article 4 – Prize
The prize consists of one square Giverny lavender tablecloth (170x170cm) and six matching napkins.
Article 5 – Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram or Facebook on May 14, 2021, after the contest has ended.
Article 6 – Personal Data
Personal data collected during the contest will be used exclusively by the Organizing Company for managing the contest, selecting the winner, and delivering the prize.
In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (Data Protection Act) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679), participants have the right to access, rectify, object to, or delete their data by emailing contact@beauville.com, specifying the data controller.
Participant data will be retained for three years from the last contact.
Article 7 – Disputes
These rules are governed by French law. Any practical issue related to the interpretation or application of the rules will be resolved by the Organizing Company as the final arbiter.
The Organizing Company has technical tools in place to confirm participation. Unless proven otherwise, the data in the Organizing Company’s or its subcontractors’ systems is legally binding.
Article 8 – Liability
The Organizing Company and any partner entities reserve the right to interrupt, postpone, modify, shorten, extend, or cancel the contest if necessary, without incurring any liability.
They are not liable for accidents or incidents involving the winner during the use of the prize, nor for any issues with the prize itself.
The Organizing Company is not responsible for malicious interference, technical malfunctions, internet disruptions, or external factors affecting the contest’s smooth running.
If the contest is disrupted by a virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond the Organizing Company’s control, it may cancel or suspend the contest.
By participating, users acknowledge the limitations and risks of internet use, including data theft, hacking, or virus contamination.
The Organizing Company is not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from participation, technical failure, or accessing its social media or website. Participants are responsible for protecting their own systems and data.
Any changes or addenda made during the contest will be considered part of the official rules.
Article 9 – Acceptance of the Rules
By entering the contest, participants confirm they have read and fully accept these rules and any decisions made by the Organizing Company regarding interpretation or enforcement.
Article 10 – Modifications, Postponements, Cancellations
The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the contest at any time in the event of force majeure or other exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
If such circumstances prevent the awarding of the prize, the winner may not seek compensation or liability from the Organizing Company.
